Apply nowSalvagnini Italia is seeking a Customer Relationship Developer for its office in Sarego (VI).
In carrying out their duties, the successful candidate will liaise with the After-Sales and Sales departments, Customer Training and Applications, Project Managers, colleagues in the CRD community, and the Group's branches.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and develop partnership relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
Promote and showcase the company's service portfolio, supporting customers in identifying the solutions best suited to their needs.
Build and maintain lasting relationships based on trust, strengthening brand perception and creating long-term value.
Listen to and understand clients' needs, translating them into proposals and opportunities for service improvement.
Gather feedback, expectations and market needs, contributing to the evolution of the product range and the client experience.
Plan and carry out client visits to listen to their needs, analyse their business, promote services and conduct commercial negotiations.
Develop business opportunities through consultative selling focused on creating value for the customer.
Contribute to increasing service revenue and achieving commercial targets, with a view to mutual benefit.
Support the delivery of promotional campaigns and business development initiatives focused on services.
Use digital and Business Intelligence tools to monitor performance, analyse KPIs and identify opportunities for growth.
Handle any reports or complaints, working with the Service Manager and relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an effective and consistent customer experience throughout the service lifecycle.
Key requirements:
Experience in technical-commercial, customer success or service sales roles within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Familiarity with CRM tools, Business Intelligence and KPI monitoring.
Strong communication and listening skills, with an aptitude for understanding customer needs and building relationships based on trust.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
In-depth knowledge of Salvagnini products and solutions.
Solid organisational and planning skills.
A proactive and results-oriented approach.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural inclination towards collaboration and teamwork.
Strong focus on the customer and service quality.
Good command of IT and digital tools to support the business.
Reliability, a sense of responsibility, operational autonomy and flexibility in managing tasks.
Negotiation skills and the ability to manage commercial relationships.
Determination in pursuing objectives and the ability to work effectively even in complex situations or under pressure.
Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
What do we offer?
A permanent contract with an annual gross salary starting from 32,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
Job grading based on objective criteria (experience, skills, seniority), applied fairly and independently of gender.
The National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry, with access to Metasalute and the welfare scheme.
