Industrial Engineer

Salvagnini Industriale, with a view to strengthening its Operations structure, is looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer to join the Operations team. The candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be involved in the optimization of industrial processes, working closely with Production, Technical Department, and Quality.

Main responsibilities:
-Supporting product development and industrialization
-Analyzing and optimizing production processes (times, methods, layout)
-Defining work cycles and operating standards
-Collaborating with the Technical Department in managing product changes
-Monitoring production KPIs and supporting continuous improvement
-Participation in Lean and industrial efficiency projects

Professional and personal requirements:
-Degree in Industrial/Management/Mechanical Engineering
-At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role in a structured metalworking or industrial context
-Knowledge of production processes and industrialization logic
-Experience in Lean Manufacturing projects
-Good command of data analysis tools
-Problem-solving skills, operational autonomy, and focus on continuous improvement
-Good interpersonal and cross-functional skills
