Customer Technical Trainer

Salvagnini Italia is seeking a Customer Technical Trainer for its office in Sarego (VI).

Main Responsibilities:
Perform technical and diagnostic analyses on systems at the customer's site.
Provide specialized support for resolving technical and process-related issues.
Develop and conduct training sessions for the customer's technical staff, preparing documentation to support classroom activities and planning hands-on exercises on the equipment
Prepare technical reports detailing the level of learning achieved, corrective actions, and proposals for improvement—both technical (equipment) and managerial (process).
Maintain a collaborative relationship with the customer to ensure the continuous improvement of production efficiency.
Liaise with the Technical Support, Sales, R&D, Quality, Technical Documentation, and Operations teams.

Key Requirements:
High school diploma in a technical field, preferably in mechanics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
A bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in similar roles in technical assistance, service, or support for industrial systems.
Good knowledge of automated industrial systems and production processes.
Ability to troubleshoot, analyze faults, and solve technical problems.
Skills in preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ability to provide technical training and transfer operational skills to customers and end users.
Good knowledge of industrial safety regulations and procedures.
Good knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and industrial automation systems.
Good proficiency with IT tools and Business Intelligence tools for monitoring and analyzing KPIs.
Ability to draft technical documentation and service reports.
Willingness to travel frequently both domestically and internationally—more than 60% of working time—with trips planned well in advance and with defined return dates.
Good knowledge of English, particularly technical terminology.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer focus.

Cosa offriamo?
Contratto a tempo indeterminato con RAL a partire da 30.000 euro, commisurata all'esperienza e alle competenze.
Inquadramento definito secondo criteri oggettivi (esperienza, competenze, seniority), in modo equo e indipendente dal genere.
CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria, con accesso a Metasalute e sistema Welfare.
Accordo integrativo di secondo livello: 38 ore settimanali, premio di risultato, mensa interna, permessi aggiuntivi per visite mediche, welfare aziendale.
Flessibilità oraria in ingresso e possibilità di smart working fino a 8 giorni al mese.
