To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Integration Specialist, who will report to the Integration Specialist Supervisor.
Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for:
-providing support for the software integration of complex systems
-offering a single point of contact for hardware and software troubleshooting
-taking charge of tickets and managing them until they are fully resolved
-distinguishing between configuration issues and software bugs, intervening on the former
-resolving issues through remote support or on-site intervention when necessary
-verifying software configurations and their consistency with expected functionality
-contributing to continuous improvement by providing feedback to development departments
-collaborating with the following company departments: R&D, Testing, and Support.

Preferred technical requirements:
-technical diploma, preferably a three-year degree in technical disciplines
-good knowledge of automation elements (motion control, motors, actuators, sensors, etc.)
-basic knowledge of C, C++, and C# programming
-advanced knowledge of C, C++, and C# languages is welcome
-PLC programming and object-oriented programming is welcome
-knowledge of numerical control, software architectures and network architectures
-knowledge of motion control systems (preferable)

The profile is completed by:
-1–2 years of experience in similar roles (preferable)
-knowledge of English (at least B2)
-willingness to travel occasionally – up to 15% of the time
-customer focus, problem solving, aptitude for teamwork
-propensity for training and professional growth.

Place of work: Sarego (VI)
Working hours: full-time, 38 hours per week
Possibility of remote working (8 days per month), flexible start times, internal canteen
