YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be responsible for reviewing our customers' payment terms as well as their creditworthiness.
- You will handle the invoicing of our orders, prepare invoices and send them to our customers. In doing so, you will ensure the correctness of all invoice data and in particular verify the accuracy of VAT calculations.
- You will manage export processing and be responsible for the correct preparation and compilation of all required customs and export documents. You will support the tariff classification of our goods, apply for export licences and handle export guarantees as well as documentary letters of credit (L/C).
- In accounts receivable, you will take care of receivables management, including dunning procedures and monitoring of outstanding items.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS YOU BRING TO THIS JOB
- Completed commercial education (equivalent to a secondary school leaving certificate with university entrance qualification; a university degree is an advantage)
- 3 years of professional experience in export processing and tariff classification of goods
- Experience in invoicing and accounting (an advantage)
- Successfully completed accounting qualification/certification (an advantage)
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially Word and Excel)
- Experience as a team leader or in a managerial role (an advantage)
- Strong team player with a high level of initiative, accurate and structured way of working, strong sense of responsibility and excellent numerical skills

The minimum salary for this position under the collective bargaining agreement is EUR 3,802.93 gross per month, based on full-time employment. We offer overpayment depending on education, professional qualifications, and experience.
