ICT Developer

Purpose of the role
- Design, develop and implement integration solutions between business applications
- Ensure that different systems operate enabling a smooth exchange of data and processes
- Analyze integration needs, develop interfaces, middleware and monitor performance of implemented solutions
- Collaborate with IT Application , Business and Operation teams to optimize flows and operational efficiency
Main responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement integration solutions between systems and applications
- Analyze business integration needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain interfaces and middleware to facilitate communication between systems
- Monitor the performance of implemented solutions
- Manage integration issues, providing technical support and resolving any errors
- Document processes and integration solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify the best solutions
- Develop and test integration solutions using appropriate tools and technologies (APIs, interface tables, middleware...)
- Configure and manage integration solutions
- Perform integration requirements analysis and work with stakeholders to gather necessary information
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to integration solutions
- Monitor and diagnose problems in integration solutions
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on existing integration solutions
