Bewirb dichAs part of a project to strengthen the HR team, we are looking for a resource to support the Personnel Administration and the team dedicated to the Personnel Management.
Specifically, the resource will be dedicated to the administrative management activities of personnel such as:
-Management of mandatory communications required by current legislation;
-Management of the updating of employee records to system;
-Preparation of functional documentation for human resources management;
-Support to the team dedicated to personnel administration in the activities related to attendance and compliance related to the processing of payslips;
-Activation of traineeships and monitoring of their progress. In particular, the resource will have to verify that the relative documentation has been managed in correct way;
-Support for staff training activities; in particular training courses within the HR management system.
Skills required:
-Administrative, economic or legal training. Applications in possession of a Diploma will be evaluated, even if it is preferable to obtain a degree;
-Prior experience in a similar task is not required but it is preferable to have experience in activities of an administrative nature or requiring the management of deadlines;
-Good knowledge of the Office Package, in particular Excel;
-Organizational skills, executive precision, proactivity, result orientation;
-Predisposition to interpersonal relationships, passion for HR issues.
For the position of HR Support we will exclusively evaluate resources registered to L.68/99.
