Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Record, review, and post incoming invoices and clarify price and quantity discrepancies with the relevant departments.
- Support the processing of payments and travel expense reimbursements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Serve as a competent point of contact for all departments regarding accounting-related matters.
- Provide support with fixed asset accounting activities.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS YOU BRING TO THIS JOB
- Completed commercial education (e.g. HAK, HAS, or apprenticeship) as well as a completed accountant or certified balance sheet accountant qualification.
- Relevant professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage.
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and reliable working style.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Word and Excel.
- Good command of English.
- Team player with a high level of initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent numerical skills.

The minimum salary for this position under the collective bargaining agreement is EUR 3,396.21 gross per month (with a completed secondary school leaving certificate) or EUR 2,947.89 (with a completed apprenticeship), based on full-time employment.
