Production Planner

Salvagnini Italia is seeking a Production Planner for its Sarego (VI) site.
Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of production materials, including the relevant material issues, and for monitoring the sustainable production load.
In carrying out their duties, they will liaise with all departments, including R&D, Production, Warehouse and After-Sales.

Main responsibilities:
Analysing the budget for the assigned product line and machine launches
Issuing production and purchase orders for customised part numbers
Managing engineering change requests (ECRs)
Transferring materials between orders and machine reconfigurations
Releasing components for dispatch (product supply).

Key requirements:
At least 3 years' professional experience in similar roles
Knowledge of make-to-order production processes is desirable
A university degree in a technical or management field is an advantage
Knowledge of production cycles and bills of materials
Knowledge of planning methodologies (MPS-MRP, Lean, TOC, etc.) is desirable
Familiarity with advanced management systems (SAP, Infor LN, JDE, etc.)
Good command of Excel
Knowledge of English.
