ICT Infrastructure Specialist

To strengthen the team dedicated to integration activities, we are looking for an ICT Infrastructure Specialist to join the IT department in Sarego (VI).
As part of the Salvagnini Group's ICT team, you will have the opportunity to manage and maintain the company's hardware and software infrastructure, as well as participate in projects to improve and streamline these systems. You will deal with complex issues, identifying, designing and implementing the most suitable IT solutions to meet the needs of large organisations with server infrastructures consisting of numerous nodes and complex security requirements.

Technical requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of the operation and configuration of IT networks;
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001;
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues involving various aspects of the system in question;
- Define and administer Public Cloud infrastructures, ensuring high levels of platform resilience and security;
- Implement solutions that guarantee the security of cloud systems and platforms both proactively and reactively in collaboration with the cybersecurity team;
- Manage performance monitoring, tuning and capacity activities;
- Ensure regular backups and restore tests;
- Implement geo-distributed cloud infrastructure architectures;
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery;
- Microsoft Windows and Linux servers
- Virtualisation infrastructures (Hyper-V, VMWare)
- Directory and authentication systems (AD, AAD, LDAP, Radius)
- Office 365
- HP and Dell storage
- Networks and security: network services and protocols (HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, etc.), as well as routing, switching and wireless technology protocols
- Public cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure)
- Cisco Meraki network, HP Network
- MDM and MDA mobile device management and security systems (Intune)

The profile is completed by:
- Degree in computer science with several years of experience in the field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian
- Good communication, writing and reading skills in English
- Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad
- Proactivity, energy and strong results orientation
- Problem-solving skills
