Spare Part Specialist

We are looking for a Spare Part Specialist, who will be placed within the Spare Parts Area.

The position will be responsible for:
- ensure the efficiency of technical service operations by quickly and accurately identifying spare parts needed for repairs, based on visual and descriptive information provided by customers and colleagues
- maintaining up-to-date spare parts database and related data sheets, ensuring proper classification and availability of parts
- manage requests for spare parts from various sources (customers, technical support, foreign branches), providing quick and accurate responses
- collaborate with the warehouse to ensure proper inventory management and optimization of logistics processes.

Profile completes:
- knowledge of ERP systems
- ability to read technical diagrams
- knowledge of mechanical and/or electronic principles
- ability to organize work independently
