Goal of the position:
Increase of the first level support capabilities for OPS products, in order reduce developers' engagement for minor issues. The resource should be able to understand problems and to address them in the correct way when there's no immediate solution available.
The resource will represent the reference specialist for standard Ops topics, supporting colleagues and external customers when issues arise.

Cooperation with other Departments:
- Customer training (as a member of it)
- OPS Team
- Service (Italy and subsidiaries when needed)
Frequent - up to 60% of working time, with notice and time limit.
